Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or stock delays, we’ll contact you directly by email with updates.
UK & International Delivery
We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD. Once your parcel has left our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
International Shipping
We are expanding our international delivery options.
Currently, we offer limited shipping within the European Union and In.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, payable by the customer. Clean by OT is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions — check the banner or product page for details.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at cleanbyot@hotmail.com.
Failed Deliveries / Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g. incorrect address or no one available to accept), your parcel may be returned to us.
We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery; however, additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 15 business days (EU/international) from dispatch, please contact us at cleanbyot@hotmail.com.
We’ll liaise with the courier to investigate.
Once confirmed as lost, we’ll either resend your order or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product and email us immediately at cleanbyot@hotmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain natural or liquid products may have regional restrictions based on customs regulations.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged once the shipment reaches their destination.
Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
