Placing an Order

When you place an order on www.cleanbyot.co.uk, you’re agreeing to purchase our products in accordance with these policies.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit or restrict quantities per person, household, or order

  • Update pricing, product availability, or descriptions at any time without notice

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation outlining your purchase details.

Payment

We accept secure payments through:

  • Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards)

  • PayPal

  • Other trusted payment gateways offered at checkout

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

Order Changes & Updates

If you’ve made a mistake with your order (address, items, or quantity), please contact us as soon as possible at cleanbyot@hotmail.com.

We’ll do our best to amend the order before it’s processed or shipped — but once dispatch has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change!
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing cleanbyot@hotmail.com with your order number and full name.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still be eligible for a return under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Please note: Orders that have entered the fulfilment or shipping process cannot be cancelled, as products are already prepared and packaged for delivery.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order within the eligible window, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Automatic Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders that:

  • Contain incomplete or inaccurate shipping information

  • Are flagged as potentially fraudulent

  • Cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages

If this occurs, we’ll notify you immediately and process a full refund.

Pre-Orders or Special Orders

Unless otherwise stated, pre-orders or Special Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
